How Long will it Take? (Contact our OEM Department)
The lenght of time required to complete an order depends primarily on the complexity of the custom product. For example, typical turn around for most non-overmolded D Sub based cables can be as little as 2~4 business days from the date of sample approval. However,some jobs can take as long as 4~6 weeks. Our OEM staff will be able to give you an accurate time estimate after recieving your product specifications.
Are there Minimum Quantities? (Contact our OEM Department)
Minimum quantities are important in order for us to extend you a competitive pricing. Typical MOQ for non-overmolded products can be upto 50 pcs or as little as one piece depending on the custom product. While cables with molded connector hoods have a typical MOQ of 200 pcs, while occasionally the MOQ can be as little as One pc. Once again, our OEM staff will be able give you accurate MOQ once they recieve your cable product specification.

Quality is our priority Number 1. We understand the importance of quality as we know our business depends on it. Thats why after shipping more than 50,000 custom cables we have a RMA of less than 1%. Our engineering staff pays critical attention from wire harness design stage to the final quality inspection.
