Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day from our warehouse. Orders Placed after 3:00PM EST Monday to Thursday will shipped the following day. Orders placed after 3:00PM EST Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
All orders/products are shipped by UPS, Fed-Ex or Canada Post depending on the choice of the customer as selected during the checkout.

Tax FAQ
Will you collect Tax? If So how much?
For orders billed in Ontario, Canada the total tax to be charged is 13% (5% GST and 8% PST). For orders billed to rest of Canada a GST of 5% will be charged. Orders billed to USA or internationally will not be charged any tax.

If you are tax exempt than kindly fax us the proof of exemption, if applicable, to 1-888-566-7274. For example, if you are a registered business in Ontario and are PST Exempt, than kindly forward us a copy of your PST Exemption Certificate.
Upon receiving the certificate we will set up the account with Tax exempt status.

How can I pay for an Order?
An order can paid for
1. Credit Card
2. Money Order, Bank Draft or Certified Cheque.
Unfortunately as this point we do not accept COD terms.

At this point we only accept PO from Government Institutions including Schools, Hospitals and Military.
How can I track my Order?
If UPS or FedEx are selected as your carrier than orders can be tracked in real time with their tracking number. Alternatively, you can give us a call at 1-888-566-7274 and we’d be happy to assist you.
Is the Item I want in stock?
If the item can be added to your cart, than its in stock. Only the maximum number of items available can be added to the cart. You can always give us a call at 1-888-566-7274 to confirm.

Can you use our UPS or FedEx Account for shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship on third party account numbers, as we have no active mechanism of verifying the account. In the past, the experience has not been a pleasant one for us with shipping & duty charge backs.
