Orders can also be placed via certified cheques, Money
orders or bank drafts. Please download the Mail-in Order form here and attach it with your Certified
Cheque, Money Orders or Bank Drafts Or you can have the order form faxed
directly to you through our Fax On Demand Service. Call 1-800-Cable5; Press 2;
Press9 enter your Fax Number, an order form will be sent to the said fax number
shortly.
Net Terms/Open Accounts

or Net30 will be given only to qualified customers upon authorization. Your
credit information is required.

All prices are
based on FOB Toronto, and are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders placed before
3:00PM EST Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day from our warehouse.
Orders Placed after 3:00PM EST Monday to Thursday will shipped the following
day. Orders placed after 3:00PM EST Friday will be shipped the following
Monday.
All orders/products are shipped by UPS, Fed-Ex or Canada Post depending on the
choice of the customer as selected during the checkout.

Ground Shipping on order of more than $200 CAD
Cable5.ca
offers Free Ground Shipping for
orders greater than $200.00CAD before taxes, shipping, handling & other
charges if applicable. This offer is applied through the carrier of Cable5.ca
choice and is valid for Canadian and 48 contiguous States of United States.
If
AIR Service is required than applicable shipping rates will be charged.
Shipments to AK, HI, PR, US Territories and other foreign destinations and
countries are not covered with this offer. This offer is only valid for a
single order of $200.00 or more. It will not cover multiple orders or blanket
orders. Cable5.ca reserves the right to refuse this offer to any customer.
All cables and connectors have a 30 day warranty and are
guaranteed against Dead on Arrival (DOA) unless stated otherwise. RMA's do not
extend the warranty after the warranty period. Cable5.ca will repair or,
at its option, replace products that prove to be defective under proper use during
the warranty period. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

Limited Stock -- Product sold "as is" – are non-returnable,
non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Claims (shortage and wrong item)
Please inspect your
shipment carefully upon arrival.
You must contact the customer service at 1-416-676-7648 within 3 days from the
date you accepted delivery if there are any problems with your shipment.
For shipments received damaged, contact the carrier immediately for
inspection.

offer 30 days Money Back Gurantee on nearly every product we offer. Please

obtain an RMA number within 30 days of purchase date.
We charge NO restocking fee.
